Utilizing sensorless vector control technology, the starting torque reaches up to 150% @1Hz, effectively handling fluctuating loads. A built-in auto-tuning function quickly matches motor parameters, improving system efficiency.
The high-protection design (optional IP55) is dustproof and waterproof, suitable for harsh operating environments. Hardware safety disable and fire mode are provided. In emergency situations, protection or full-speed operation can be activated directly via the hardware switch or fire mode, meeting special requirements such as firefighting. Comprehensive built-in fault protection features (such as overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, undervoltage, and overheating) are also included, along with pump-specific protection such as dry-run protection and blockage detection.
An automatic energy-saving mode automatically optimizes the output voltage based on load fluctuations, significantly reducing energy consumption during light loads. A sleep function automatically enters a low-power state when the device is unattended or demand is low.
Supports multiple communication protocols, including Modbus-RTU, BACnet, and Metasys N2, for easy integration with PLCs, DCSs, and building automation systems. Optional built-in PLC and perpetual calendar functions enable complex logic such as timed start/stop and multi-speed control.
Multiple dedicated operating modes are built in (such as constant pressure pumps, fans, compressors, HVAC, etc.), and multi-pump parallel control is supported (up to eight pumps can be linked).A frequency hopping function avoids mechanical resonance points for smoother operation.
